"GET PLUGGED IN"
Attending on Sunday mornings is wonderful, but where growth really happens is when you get involved in our other ministries.
Currently we have three small groups offering doctrinal teachings to a womens bible study and a couples groups. Romans 10:17 says: "Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ."
In all of our ministries the WORD is taught so that we might grow to be more like Christ. You can "just click" on the ministry to the left to find out more information. And if you don't see what your looking for, please send us a email by going to our contact page and "just click" on one of our Pastor's name's and let us know.

"DAY AFTER DAY, IN THE TEMPLE COURTS AND FROM
HOUSE TO HOUSE, THEY NEVER STOPPED
TEACHING AND PROCLAIMING THE GOOD NEWS
THAT JESUS IS THE CHRIST. ACTS 5:42"
There's NO LIMIT to what we can do, who we can reach, and where we can go in the name of Jesus. We are a group of people who knows the love of Christ and more importantly we know that God has called us to share the love of Christ.
Every month we serve at a local Habitat Restore center, and with in our community by cleaning yard's or just spending time with people who just need a friend.
When were not out serving, we have discipleship classes where we are learning to be more like Christ, after all that is the ultimate goal. And yes we do have some fun!! The last wednesday night of every month is our NO LIMIT service where we will have food, games, worship, and AMAZING speakers that bring God's word.
God has called us to get outside our four walls of the church building and share the love of Christ, and that is our hearts desire! For more information about our youth ministry please contact Brad Formby from our contact page.
What is AWANA?
AWANA is an international, nondenominational, Bible-centered youth organization providing weekly clubs and programs for two-year-olds through high school aged youth. The acrostic AWANA, comes form the first letters of part of the verse in 2 Timothy 2:15, which says, Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed.
MorningStar Community Church's AWANA ministry works with two-years-olds through 5th graders. However, based on the maturity level of a 6th grade student, and at the parents' discretion, a 6th grader is very welcome to attend and be involved in the AWANA program.
The goal of AWANA is to reach children with the gospel of Christ, and to train them to serve Him. Ultimately, our desire is to minister to the whole family and help parents to encourage children in their spiritual development.
